Low sugar pregnancy
Hi Dr. Iam 32 weeks pregnant  and I been monitoring my sugar levels at home. My post food sugar levels are around 100 to 105. Dr said it's low and I need to eat well orelse baby will not get required nutrition. Iam eating to my capacity and feel full soon after eating little , not just during pregnancy but even before that. Iam trying hard to eat as much as possible however cannot eat too much at a time.  Any suggestions to keep my sugar levels withing prescribed range to avoid going low. Any specific food I should consume, pattern of eating etc.

How many hours after food do you do blood sugar levels ? It should be done not later than 2 hours. You should take a piece of sweet (मिठाई, खास तौर से रसगुल्ला) after your meal. If you have been eating Rasogolla even otherwise, please start eating two Rasogolla.
