Low SPO2 during sleep phase?
So, i am facing partial insomnia. Like my sleep will break almost at a particular time every night. Once. So, I decided to track my sleep with Galaxy watch 4. I don't know how accurate this is, but there were times where my SPO2 became pretty low. I am not sure about the accuracy but I am scared. I do not have any breathing issues as well. I had difficulty breathing 3 days back but that was because of the nasal congestion. It went away. Please advise me, i am at UK, Will register with the Gp, but I need your advice why is this happening.(Assuming watch is somehow accurate). Attached my spo2 graph in the attachments.
