Insomnia or sleep disturbance
Sir and ma'am,
Facing sleep disturbance issue and Insomnia. Ongoing meds calcium channel blocker, Beta blocker and statin at night. Please could you recommend some meds for sleep if possible. Tried many ways but still facing issues. Please guide.
