I have 4 Sodium tests in 2 days. I see a lot fluctuations though it happened on same lab
Yesterday: 142
Today Morning: 139 ( it was from ABG test)
Today afternoon: 132.2
Today evening: 134.9
What is the cause? All parameters of KFT are okay. LFT is okay as well.

Why did you do 4 times sodium test??? All parameters done in a different way be it in abg, vbg , serum ranges will be different for sure. If other blood test are normal consider it as normal as per ur age. But tell me what are the symptoms u r facing ??

Lab values of sodium and ABG value of sodium ,may not be always equal,slight difference will always be there .. your sodium levels are within limits only ..if u are asymptomatic, nothing to worry ..
