Depression is treatable. You should not suffer alone. You should seek help from a professional. Self doubt, loneliness, hopelessness, worthlessness, lack of interest in pleasurable activities, changes is sleep, appetite and weight are signs of depression. A professional will be able to evaluate and decide on the future course of action.
