Take well balanced high protein diet. Consume 3-4 glasses of milk, 100gm paneer daily.. Take plenty of water, about 16-17 glasses of water.

Most of the mothers doesn't know the technique of breastfeeding which is responsible for less milk production. Better to seek consultation from obs/gyna.
