When I had a first time sex. My husband play with my nipples. For that time there is a milk fall down when I touch my nipples. Is that a danger. And I have a flat nipples too as another problem.

Get your prolactin levels checked,it could be bcz of that ,do u get irregular periods,? Flat nipples get better with time and also by a simple pull out massage.
