Your NT scan report looks completely reassuring overall. These findings mean your baby’s risk for chromosomal abnormalities like Down’s syndrome is low. At 13 weeks, a “low-lying placenta” is very common and not dangerous right now. In more than 90% of cases, as the uterus grows, the placenta naturally moves upward and is in a normal position by 28–32 weeks. Your cervical Length is normal as per scan.
Next Steps
Do your Double Marker screening . Continue iron/calcium and healthy rest. Repeat scan at 18-22 weeks to check growth and placental position.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy lifting and high-impact exercise for now. Report if you have any bleeding or pain.

No need to worry. Just follow your gynec’s instructions. Mostly the placenta migrates up as pregnancy advances causing no issue at all.

A low lying placenta needs rest A  pelvic jerk  can initiate profuse bleeding and that can be dangerous for both the mother and the baby A low lying placenta generally moves up by 24 weeks Till then all you need is rest and avoid anything that gives you a brisk pelvic jerk Length of cervix is normal

Nothing to worry about. When u get anomaly scan done at 5th month ask your radiologist to assess the distance of placenta from internal os. If it is more than 2 cm then nothing to worry. For now just avoid heavy weight bearing and sudden jerky movements.
