Low lying placenta at 13th week
My wife has low lying placenta covering complete os at 13th week ultrasound scan . What is the probability that it will move up in 20th week ultrasound scan ? And if not  how much safe it is to travel by air -15 hr *(very urgent )  if there is no bleeding ?

Chances of it moving up are there but less since it is covering os. Travel in pregnancy can be done in 2nd trimester. Has she had any spotting ? Any other complaints? Show to a gynec. Let her assess her. After that can decide can travel or not.

Unlikely are the chances that it will migrate up However urgent it is she cannot travel A low lying placenta can separate anytime leading to profuse bleeding and threatening the life of both the baby and the mother The airlines would require fit  to travel certificate which no treating doctor with provide
