Low hemoglobin problem
1 month ago i was diagnosed for low hemoglobin and that thaty hemoglobin was 8.2.I started consultation with a doctor in panchkula. but i felt no relief as my head is always feeling like detour. Not fully detour bt just my head feels sudden round vibration im head when i get up or lie down. from nearly 10 days problem was normal. I felt some energy by medication but now from 2 days again my head is feeling like detour. My latest report says my hb is 9.9.But after increase why is this happening. i have enclosed my latest report here

Improve your diet...for haemoglobin teke leafy vegetables... roasted groundnuts n gudh....spinach..etc Your head problem may be related to migraine....
