Low hemoglobin
My son 11 months old has 10.2 hemoglobin which was 8 when he was 3.5 months.. i am using tenoferon drops from last 7 months and it is advised to continue the same for another 2 months. the dosage i am using is 0.5ml 2 times a day. can i increase the dosage if yes please advise how much..?

Tonoferon drop contain 1ml /25 mg iron Use 1 to 2 mg per kg per day dose. And increase iron rich food in diet

Yes you can continue. Also try to increase his dietary intake of iron in semisolid food like khichdi with lots of boiled vegetables
