  4. 11 months old baby. Please suggest me!

Hi, my son is 11 months old he is passing loose motion from yesterday morning, from last fifteen days he is not eating anytime except breast feed. Please suggest me

Give him Enterogermina ampoule one amp two times a day for 3 days Continue breast milk only for 2 days
