Low Haemoglobin 8 . Other reports normal
Female having very low Haemoglobin of 8 . Actuality generally it remains between 10.5 to 11.5 when I take livogen z but since long time I am not taking it and when I feel tired / fatigued I check HB which found to be 8 . Local Dr prescribed me Livogen -XT for 2 times after lunch and Dinner for 2 months . Please advise . CBC report RBC , WBC , Platelets are normal range . MCH , MCV , MCHC is little low below normal levels

Should take Iron for 2-3 months with all precautions like food on time, salads, green vegetables, juices, fruits
