Low grade fever in evening

Asked for Male, 54 Years

My father has low grade fever since 2 months that does not go above 99.5 in the evening for 1-2 hours. All test such as CBC, UTI, CT scan(head), ultrasound , chest pa, malaria, Dengue ,chukangunia, thyroid, typhoid are all normal..what can be done..can it be due to weakness , is it something to worry about ?
