Low grade fever (99)past 10 days
My wife is having low grade fever around 99 or 99.5 since last 10 days now . Around one week back got RT PCR Covid done ,it was negative . Also CBC done all within range and urine test done which was also ok Fever around 99.5 and legs pain persisting since 10 days . Pls suggest further tests / course or action Many Thanks!

Nothing much to worry, Must be due to some Electrolyte imbalance or Continuous exertion. Add some extra Protien and fibreb source  in her Diet. Plenty of fluids Tender coconut water

If she feels breathless with fever and leg pain then please get her D-dimer test done to rule out deep vein thrombosis.
Next Steps
If above test is positive then she may be given Low molecular weight Heparin under guidance of a specialist.
