Do you feel any symptoms like light headedness etc .What was your BP in non pregnant state? If it was almost same then nothing to worry but check your BP regularly.

You should consult your Gynaecologist. You should be hospitalized for 24 hours so that the BP can be monitored for 24 hours.

It happens  in second  trimester, but better  get checked  once again. Don't  get up from lying  down  position suddenly, you may feel Giddiness.
