I'm 7 week pregnant. On 1 st Dr visit realised bp is 180/100. Before pregnancy not on bp medicine it was normal. 1 st pregnancy history of preeclampsia. my son is 11 yr now. Total thyroid surgery is done past 2 yr. After surgery I have hypocalcemia  with normal pth. For maintaining calcium levels taking 4 tablets of Shelcal500 and rocaltrol. Now gynaec suggest us for abortion. Took two opinions but same advice. They are saying it is a very high risk pregnancy. Please guide any other options.
