Sometimes I am getting giddiness while standing quickly Had done ECG echo ct brain eeg Cbc thyroid FBS ppbs normal Creatinine 1.08 Urea 22 mg Sodium 139.0mEq/L Potassium 4.6mEq/L Chloride 102.0mEq/L Ent said it's not due to ear Is this report normal What could be the cause of low bp suden giddiness Since months i am skipping breakfast and lunch Only i will have dinner my appetite is very low

See some patients tend to hav a baseline low Bp provided tat he has no othr symptoms... Secondly.. Meals not regular taken can also get u low BP.. Third..something called as orthostatic hypotension.. Commonly seen wen u change ur position example from sitting to standing.. or any other change in position..can cause giddiness... U can start of wit multivitamin also if u feel too weak.. Kindly consult for further help and support

Change position gradually, Low BP without symptoms like loose motions, vomiting fever, is not harmful anyway, giddiness usually due to psychic reasons Regular excercise, good balanced diet is all that's needed Ensure that Hb is normal
