I went to orthopedic surgeon and he confirmed that the disc came out totally and the same is in the MRI and report also. I want to take the 2nd opinion that's it. If the physio therapy does not work can I go to for surgery or not and that's my point in fact question.

Hi,Mri is very sensitive investigation, that is even in normal person if we do Mri then also it will be showing mild slip disc. So first thing is we have to find out clinically that your symptoms are correlating with Mri .
