I m suffering from back pain mainly around spinal cord near sacroiliac region from last 8 months
In my blood test
Rhuematic factor positive
HLA b27 negative
Anti CCP negative
X ray have bilateral sacroilitis
Sometimes I feel very fatigue mainly in legs near my knee joint
