  4. Low back , heel pain. Can i take?

Low back , heel pain
I have on and off low back pain, I did physiotherapy and took flexura d. If felt better. After some weeks pain is back. Also heel pain in one foot. What medicine can i take??

For time being you can take pain killer from medical store but report to us as soon as possible as you may be having nerve root compression problem.
