Low AMH value and IVF
I have one daughter age 6 years. I am planning for second child for last 5 months. My wife AMH level is very low. In July it was 0.17 and in dec it is 0.06. Her serum PRL value normal. One doctor suggested for IVF and another suggested to try for another one year along with medication and hcg injections. Is there any possibility to conceive normally or should I go for IVF. Please suggest.

Your wife is 37 years old.
Her AMH level is very very low.
She should get her Antral Follicular Count and if there is a possibility she should ask for ICSI. Or else a donor ovum may be the only possibility.

AMH Levels naturally decline with increasing age, which indicates low ovarian reserve but doesn’t mean you can conceive naturally .
Its your choice whether you wanna try to conceive or IVF based on your personal situation.
If you tried to conceive naturally and if it fails, you can choose IVF
