After a C-section you need at least 18 months before the next pregnancy for the uterus to heal — so earliest would be around December 2027. Also make sure your thyroid (TSH) is well controlled before doing the frozen embryo transfer, as hypothyroidism affects implantation.
Next Steps
Revisit your IVF doctor around 18 months post-delivery. Get TSH checked and optimised before FET. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.
