Low AMH level

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi I am 31 years old n having low AMH level which is 1.42. Please anyone suggest...there are any chances for natural conception? Or need to go with IUI or IVF? All bloods tests are normal n follicles growth up to 22mm almost every month . HSG too normal Please advise. Thank you

If everything is normal and still you are failing to conceive then it is better to consider assisted reproduction like iui or Ivf. Other things to be considered are your an tral follicular count (AFC) by scan and duration of marriage and husband s semen count. In case of LOW AFC, long married life., previous failed treatment or low sperm count better to consider assisted reproduction.
