I think I have a combination of many problems like depression, anxiety, fear, lose of interest, low memory, family issues, no friends, loneliness , out of a relationship in which I had invested emotionally. Should i meet a psychologist or a psychiatrist ?

Hi
Although initially you could meet either, meeting a psychiatrist would help from the point of view of looking into any underlying medical problems and the need for any medical treatment. Once this is done, psychologist would help you with therapeutic counselling. Causes and hence treatment of psychiatric symptoms would involve several factors like body, mind and social issues.
