Loosing fat percentage
Need to reduce fat percentage to 16 from my current 33. Have been regular to gym but not much result

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You have not mentioned any thing about your height, weight, dietary pattern.
