Hi There, Greetings! I am over-weighted i want to loose my weight. My parameters are as follows:
Age: 31 years
Height: 174 cms
Weight: 120.60 kgs.
Let me tell you one thing i m daily walking 5-7 kms a day for workout.
My target is 90 kg till 31.12.2017. Please guide me how can i achieve it.. My diet is non-veg. You can suggest me accordingly.
