Loose stools with mucus and fever
My son was down with 103 fever since last 2 days so I was giving him Dolo and meftal (when required). Today he pooped 5 times with mucus in it and twice the colour of the poop was dark green, he had stomach cramps too. And now again he is having fever. What could be the reason? And any home remedies?
