If the stools are watery and yellow , don’t worry . That is normal in exc breast fed babies. If they have green specks or mucus then it could be infection .
Next Steps
Just observe for the above signs of infection. If very worried ten go for stool routine microscopic test
Health Tips
See that breast is cleaned before feeding and no tap water enters baby’s mouth while bathing . These could be sources of infection .
This is perfectly normal for breastfeeding baby. Baby can poop from 10-15 times a day to once in 4-5 days.
If urine is adequate and feeding is normal. Nothing to be worried about.
If child is exclusively on breastfeed ,there is no need to worry. A child on breast feed can have up to 10 to 12 small motions per day or no motions at all.
Next Steps
if he looks lethargy or not taking feed then visit to near by paediatrician
What u sthe child weight ?
If it is extremely loose stools than u need to start some treatment.
Watch for any fever vomiting and increasing frequency of stools .
Mostly it's due to mild unnoticed infection but usually self limiting. If he is active, playful, passing urine frequently , no fever then no treatment is needed.
It is not due to monsoon.
It may be that you have altered your diet intake.
Anyway three times is nothing to worry.
If he poos 6 times and more you have to worry.
Maintain your hygiene when breast feeding.
