First of all avoid spicy food, eat soft diet along with one tomato daily. You can also take capsule SM fibros once a day for a month+ metrohex gel plus cenacort gel(mix both together and apply on burning sensation area for 15 days).
BUT ONLY AFTER VISITING AND CONSULTANCY FROM A CERTIFIED DOCTOR.
Next Steps
pls go and visit a doctor first.
Health Tips
change your lifestyle to a healthy way of living and eating + exercise if possible.
Upon review these were the findings -
Female patient 62yrs age has history of diagnosis with oral lichen planus, past history of diabetes. Correlate with doctor who suggested biopsy for diagnosis.
Candida and lichen planus in your case might be due to diabetic history, causing immune susceptibility, more stress, diabetes? -is it in range of control with medication? More metabolic rate. All these factors have to be brought in control.
(Endocrinology, immune supplements and immune boosters, antifungal for candida, general medicine)
Clinical evaluation is a must in such case. Meanwhile Incase of pain - Apply metrohexplus gel
Incase of redness and inflammation- kenacort gel
Drink plenty of water to avoid dry mouth followed by Vit C tablet for 1 month.
