Oral thrush not responding to treatment
I’ve had oral thrush for at least 3 weeks since it was noticed. White coating on my tongue only. I recently stopped taking monocycline after using it for about 2 yrs fit acne because I had a stroke on 1/3. Pcp has only treated thrush with flucanozole pills one the first day and another 4 days later and lozenges 5x day for 2 weeks. I’ve repeated this treatment twice and still have one week worth left of lozenges from 2nd round now. Thrush receded 60-70% one week ago then seems to be coming back.
