Oral thrush over tongue usually is a result of compromised immunity. Most of the times it is a candidal infection and as per your symptoms of pain it may have a added bacterial infection.. as some homeopathy medicines are said to constitute corticosteroids. So I would advise you to stop them first. If you have started taking any other medicines visit a physician and get them checked.and just visit a nearby Dentist preferably oral and maxillofacial physician to get the lesion diagnosed.

Oral Thrush is completely curable through systemic and topical antifungal medicines.... if it is not getting cured, you should get yourself evaluated for any systemic illnessor a generalized lower immunity..... Regards....
