Oral Thrush is completely curable through systemic and topical antifungal medicines.... if it is not getting cured, you should get yourself evaluated for any systemic illnessor a generalized lower immunity..... Regards....
Oral thrush over tongue usually is a result of compromised immunity. Most of the times it is a candidal infection and as per your symptoms of pain it may have a added bacterial infection.. as some homeopathy medicines are said to constitute corticosteroids. So I would advise you to stop them first. If you have started taking any other medicines visit a physician and get them checked.and just visit a nearby Dentist preferably oral and maxillofacial physician to get the lesion diagnosed.
