Hi doctor,
I am a mother to a 13 Month old son and I am doing partial breastfeeding at times. So, for the last few days I am noticing i am turning more slim and looking kind of low in energy and sick from outside. Internally having no such issues or energy lack as per I can remember. But, a spectator can find me weak and kind of malnourished suddenly. Somehow the glow in face and freshness and activeness in body is missing.
Please advise some vitamins & tell me the root cause of it. thanks 👍

As long as you are breastfeeding your baby you should take Iron Calcium and Multivitamin supplements. You should continue them for at least 6 months after you have completely stopped breastfeeding.
Use some effective contraception so that you don't become pregnant.
It is quite common after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Don't worry
Plenty of fluids and juices
Green leafy vegetables and fruits
Adequate protein diet ( if you are nonveg take atleast 3days in a week)
You will alright soon
Hi dear
Because of breastfeeding the essential nutrients go to the baby and so women become weaker during breastfeeding phase of they do not add extra calories and minerals in this body that could be one reason also because of lack in sleep the body gets exhausted.
So in order to help u we need to find out the cause what is happening in ur body and then accordingly make changes in ur diet or add supplements if required which can help u in future
So please consult if u want help
Take care
Since you are breastfeeding you need proper nutrition.
Along with iron and calcium, which you may already bw taking, take nutritious diet rich in protwin and vegwtables, which will give you all the eneegy.
Also add a vitamin B12 supplwment
