Happiness is subjective. It all depends on how you look at things. Why do you think you are unhappy? And what according to you is the definition of happiness. You should actually engage into something productive. Often when we sit idle we end up being discontented about ourselves without having any objective evidences as such. I have no idea about your background, like what's your age and what's your profession; without these information it's difficult to understand one's psyche. If you really want to work on your issues you can speak to a mental health professional- a counsellor or clinical psychologist so as to probe more into your symptoms and analyse the actual cause responsible for all the negative emotions.
