Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life right now. Not being motivated to do anything and feelings of loneliness can be indications of some negative event which you haven't been able to let go of. For a healthy mind and body you should try and engage in activities which you used to enjoy before , you can first make a list and then involve your close family members and friends and do these activities together . Try and talk to people around you to gain your confidence back , the more you isolate yourself the difficult it can become . Practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis. Go for one hour of physical exercise which will release happy hormones which will make you feel better. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist.
Health Tips
