I've got my ultrasound done today in which my liver is moderately enlarged in size(18.1 cms) shows diffusely increased parenchymal echoreflectivity and in impression it is written that moderate hepatomegaly with infiltration(grade 2). Is it a serious problem, what precautions and medications should I take to get rid of it?

Looks like you have fatty liver. This is an early stage of the disease. U need to modify your diet, and do exercise to decrease weight. At this stage generally it doesn't cause problems. But if it progresses over a decade, it can cause cirrhosis and liver failure. So you need to take it seriously. If you are using alcohol, stop it.
