Liver function test
He has done routine blood test.his SGOT and SGPT seems elevated.SGOT is- 55.14U/I .SGPT is- 68.85U/I . Sir/Ma'am-is it serious?He does not have any symptoms.He is 35 years old and non- alcoholic.He does not have fatty liver also.. Please advice what to do.Rest of the parameters are normal.

You are having fatty liver or it is developing. In  Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease SGOT /SGPT elevation is very common. Fobroscan is required. Check Lipid profile, fasting sugar and HbA1c. Many patients progress to prediabetes or diabetes if appropriate mrasures are not taken.
