From 2/ 3 days I never had such pain Before I use to do yoga For 1/2 hour daily from 8 days I have not done I don't know whether not Doing yoga is reason for This

hello sir, Before you are  going to yoga apply some luke warm oil over body and then do yoga. after yoga take bath only with warm water.

Doing ashtang yog is different from doing exercises vyayam. Starting exercises without any warm up half hour giving you pain  problem. Yog is different than exercise.
