i would advise to get a rtpcr test done asap. once the results come we will know how to proceed with the treatment. u can always consult.

Hello. Your symptoms are suggestive of some viral illness as the most probable pathology. This could be anything from flu to covid to dengue, among others. Keep yourself well hydrated. Be conscious about drinking 3-4 litres water per day. Take tablet paracetamol 500mg whenever you are febrile (not to exceed 3 tablets per day). However, will need more information about your symptoms. Consider consultation for the best possible advise

Preferably isolate yourself and get COVID 19 RTPCR test done.
