Your lipid levels are high .Diet and exercise definitely plays a role in cholesterol and triglycerides management.However at this point you need to start pharmacological treatment as well ,as your LDL cholesterol is high.

Avoid ice creams ,sweets,chocolate and sugar contain foods Avoid refined oil,deep fried items junk food and outside food Take fiber rich foods - banana, apples pears, beans, legumes Take omega 3 fatty acid rich foods like seafood, chia seeds and walnuts Daily exercise for 40-45 minutes
