Lipid profile
I am attaching my lipid profile report, can anyone suggest me what can be done and is there anything to worry about. Note : I am 3 month post patrum.

Report is not bad but  cholesterol.. triglycerides are raised Lil bit. You need to modify your diet. Avoid spicy and oily food. Take Low cholesterol diet. Take high fibre diet. Drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol. Avoid packed foods. Start some physical activity. Get the lipid profile repeated after a month after following the above things.

Hi., I can understand your concern. Cholesterol levels are mildly elevated, can be reversible.
