Lipid profile- high cholesterol
Recently I had lipid profile test, I see cholesterol levels are higher in the report, what should I do now , exercise and diet will help or do I need to start taking medicine. Attached report for your reference

Hello, i have noted your concern, Seeing your age and current lipid profile, i really don’t suggest you taking any medications, you can try to control it with proper diet and daily cardio exercise, initially you need to at least try for 3months. Because once you start medication, your body might get dependent on it.

Diet and exercise for 3 months, repeat your lipid profile and see if there is improvement or not, if there is good improvement, continue with diet and exercise and repeat your lipid profile every 6 months and consult
