Dear sir /ma'am,
I am 36 yrs old with active Lifestyle. I am slim with perfect body weight.
I consume fried food sometimes in a week and consume alcohol occasionally. Attached is my lipid profile with LDL -136, Non HDL- 145
Do I need to start any medicines ? Or diet change,
Pls advise

Hdl is fairly good enough,non hdl is 165 ,which is bad if not controlled which can further cause cardiac issues ..at present medication not required,it will be controlled by diet and lifestyle modification
If you do not have any other disease, there is no need to start medication. Make you diet healthy by adding more fibres. Target your BMI to 23.5 and waist hip ration of less than 0.8. This means combine diet with exercise, both cardio and muscle building. If you have family history of any disease like diabetes, BP etc, be more cautious and get checked annually. Consult if you require more clarifications
Avoid ghee , butter ,mayonnaise.
Avoid Fried food . , avoid paronthas .
Your total cholestetol is high as well as LDL cholesterol also .
If LDL is always high ,u can land up in DM .
