If you do not have any other disease, there is no need to start medication. Make you diet healthy by adding more fibres. Target your BMI to 23.5 and waist hip ration of less than 0.8. This means combine diet with exercise, both cardio and muscle building. If you have family history of any disease like diabetes, BP etc, be more cautious and get checked annually. Consult if you require more clarifications

To manage cholesterol, focus on a heart-healthy diet rich in soluble fiber foods like oats, barley, fruits, and vegetables, lean proteins like poultry and fish, healthy fats like avocado and nuts, and limit saturated and trans fats found in processed and fried foods, while also staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced calorie intake.
