I am having lightheadness and dizziness all time
I took anti tb medicines for 9 month's
While oli was on tb regime I used to get same lightheadness and dizziness
But i stopped medicines a month ago
But still iam having lightheadness and dizziness and cold feets and hands

Lightheadedness and dizziness are two different symptoms easily interchangeable.True dizziness or vertigo where you feel the spinning surrounding.
it's either due to inner ear issues or central issues.
Lightheadedness is could be due to drop in bp while changing position,eye strain etc
In your case ,since you were on anti tuberculosis drugs for 9 long months ,any of the medicines may have contributed to your symptoms.
Next Steps
you should check your blood investigation that includes CBC renal profile,liver function, lipid profile, fasting glucose, vitamin B12 and B 6
consult with neurologist
