Light bleeding
I have regular period from 11 oct to 17 oct on 22 oct I got fever and take medicine next day bleeding started with clots I went to doctor she gave me oral contraceptive pill I take it but period started it could not stop and again give me mini pill and my period started on 5 Jan it comes with heavy flow then stop my report now after period spotting continue kabhi hoti hai kabhi nahi are here I am unmarried and my age is 30

Just consult gynaecologist.. you need some basic examination like cbc and liver function test..

As your sonography shows normal uterus, there may be some  harmonal imbalance responsible for irregular bleeding. U should consult your gynaecologist for proper combination of medicines.
