Took MRI scan and suggested for operation six years back. Now I am ok with just normal activities. If I do dance and play I am wearing knee Hinges brace so no problem, but after wards even if I am changing position while sleeping or standing or moving suddenly, my knee slips. Ligament tear operations success rate is much lower. I am doing some physiotherapy exercises.
What am I advisible to do or continue with food type, excercise etc ?
