Letrozole for 2nd IUI cycle
I am on letrozole 2.5 mg in this cycle and have taken 3 doses so far. Along with it I am taking humog 75 injection on day 2 , 4 and 6 out of which two doses are complete.
I got 100.7 degree f fever today with dry cough.
Also feeling very low on energy and acidity.
Could it be due to side effect of these medicines? Can I take paracetamol or antibiotic along with letrozole or should stop letrozole?

Paracetamol can be taken . Avoid antibiotics for now.
