I have back left side upper pain front below shoulder pain from one week .Pain comes and goes it's not constant .Somes nasal congestion no cold fever or cough head discomfort kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

Does the pain occur in the middle of chest too? And then radiates to back? Any pain in left side arm/jaw? Eny episode of breathlessness/palpitations/excess sweating? Any history of acidity/acid reflux/burping/constipation? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management Consider getting ECG done from near by hospital ASAP
