Less mouth opening
I have a habit of chewing pan masala. From last 3-4 months I am suffering from less mouth opening or oral submucous fibrosis. It hurts alot in mouth when I eat some spicy food.

First, stop the habit immediately. Treatment plan depends on amount of mouth opening. Please visit your dentist soon for correct treatment sequence . Till then, switch to a bland diet and apply otc oral gel like Dentogel or Smyle for symptomatic relief. Which city are you based in?
