I am 21 months PP. Ever since my regular periods started, my flow is very very less (compared to before pregnancy) however, it's always on time and lasts 3 - 4 days.
I also have extreme fatigue and headache on these days.
What do I do?

If you are still overweight then u May have scanty menses
Fatigue and headache may be premenstrual syndrome
Consult your gynec take Fe and Ca supplements

Check if you are dehydrated , drink plenty fluids to prevent headache like juices and buttermilk
Do a baseline Ultrasonogram of Pelvis to rule out pelvic pathology
Check Heamoglobin to rule out Anaemia
Check TSH levels to rule out hypothyroidism
